Who We’re Looking For :
A mid-level creative executive with an instinct for new IP and a deep understanding of digital-native storytelling—especially in anime, animation, and family content. You’ll have a strong pulse on what’s emerging from YouTube and digital-first creators, with the ability to identify the next big thing before the industry catches on.
