Job Summary

This position represents Trinity Woods by providing quality customer service to members in the Health Center Households by providing accurate and efficient food service by preparing meals, snacks, and beverages following specified procedures.

Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TW’s person-centered philosophy.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent or currently attending high school preferred.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in food service preferred.
  • Current Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and people skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Responsibilities

Consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:

  • Prepares meal plates and trays, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are always followed
  • Prepares meals to order as needed
  • Verifies proper recording of food temperatures, refrigerated equipment, dish machine, and sanitizer in appropriate logs
  • Ensures the sanitary cleaning of serving area and dishware
  • Restocks food and supplies as designated by supervisor
  • Interacts positively with and provides support to other staff
  • Rotates to other dining areas as needed

Maintains professional presence when representing Trinity Woods; exhibits degree of professionalism consistent with standards in performance, behavior, and appearance.

  • Always maintains confidentiality and privacy according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing confidential matters.

  • Maintains positive working relationships with management and co-workers; willingly follows directions and requests as appropriate.
