Lenme, a leading online lending platform, is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive at Lenme, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our innovative lending solutions and attract borrowers and investors to our platform. Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target segments and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website copy.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, and SEM.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and align marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and relevant communities to drive brand awareness and reach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously enhance marketing knowledge and skills.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing strategies, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing collateral.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving marketing goals and targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the lending industry and understanding of borrower and investor behaviors would be a plus.
