We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on driving strategic online initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and executing impactful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and content management systems to support our non-profit's goals. This is a hybrid onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to organizational objectives.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites to ensure seamless user experience and functionality.
- Create, monitor, and analyze advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Conduct on-page SEO to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns while leveraging tools like Facebook Insights for growth.
- Analyze campaign data using analytics tools to measure success and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to design and launch an intranet that supports internal communication and collaboration.
- Produce engaging blog content to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor industry trends to identify innovative marketing opportunities and stay competitive.
Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in WordPress and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong knowledge of SEO practices and digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Bing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for tracking and improving customer experiences.
- Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools like Facebook Insights.
- Proven ability to create brand awareness through creative campaigns and blogging.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing intranet systems is highly desirable.
