What You'll Do:
Lead the strategy for new product development and innovation, ensuring that products align with the company's mission and goals.
Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, consumer preferences, and new product opportunities.
Oversee the development process from concept to launch, including formulation, testing, production, and packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches.
Ensure all new products meet regulatory standards, such as food safety and labeling guidelines.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in new product development and innovation in the food manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in successfully developing and launching new food products.
Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, food safety regulations, and labeling requirements.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Strong project management abilities, with a knack for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive product innovation.
Great communication and presentation skills to clearly convey complex ideas.
