This leadership role will oversee all aspects of operations and culinary management across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and growth.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline efficiency and drive profitability.
• Oversee and manage culinary programs, including menu development, product innovation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to maintain and enhance culinary standards.
• Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve company goals and sustain a positive work culture.

• Proven experience in both operations management and culinary leadership within the hospitality industry.
