**Job Title: Dishwasher**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen area, ensuring that our chefs and staff have all the necessary tools and equipment to create outstanding dining experiences for our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate an industrial dishwasher, and hand-wash glassware and other necessary items as needed.
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks for washing.
- Ensure all serving and cooking items are cleaned according to food health and safety standards.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition at all times.
- Remove trash and garbage and ensure waste disposal is managed appropriately.
- Promptly unload and store shipments of kitchen supplies as they are received.
- Assist kitchen staff and cooks as needed with meal preparation and other duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience operating dishwashing equipment in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and health standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
