Driver/Installer Assistant

Location: Austin, TX 78758

Pay: Up to $18 or more per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start time, approximately 8+ hours per day

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Driver/Installer Assistant to support our insulation installation team. This role primarily involves driving, loading materials, and assisting the crew at job sites. No installation work is required—your main responsibility will be assisting installers by ensuring materials and equipment are transported efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment
• Load and unload trucks with insulation materials
• Assist the crew on-site with material handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Must speak English
• Must be able to pass a urine analysis
• No theft-related offenses or major felonies
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
