As a Drivers Helper, you'll assist our drivers in delivering goods safely and on time while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Work with trash and recyclables.
• Help navigate routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with the driver and warehouse staff.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the driver or management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
