Job Description

We are looking for a problem-solving and high-organized dispatcher to join our team. You're a multitasker, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests, while also arranging the scheduling, reporting, and communication for service calls. You’ll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, two-way radios, and telephones. • Document service schedules and customer complaints
• Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
• Create and change service calls when needed
• Organize dispatch documents
• Track dispatch service calls and arrival times

Qualifications:

• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
• Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher are preferred
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
• Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
• Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
