Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek a candidate who is highly skilled in EDI and 3PL EDI transactions, as this is a non-negotiable requirement. A working knowledge of Blue Cherry EDI and CGS 3PL EDI is a significant advantage. Ideal applicants will possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain technology and inventory management within the apparel or consumer goods sector. A strong understanding of global production and logistical workflows, warehouse operations, and retail compliance standards is essential. Candidates must be exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, as well as robust analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial.

• In the role of EDI Specialist, I will oversee all facets of EDI operations and inventory management using the Blue Cherry and Blue Cherry 3PL EDI systems. I will manage and process all EDI transactions, ensuring accurate and timely entry of sales orders. Serving as a liaison between Sales, Production, and the Warehouse, I will maintain smooth communication and workflow among all teams. I will monitor and uphold inventory accuracy, covering incoming goods, outbound shipments, and 3PL warehouse activities. My responsibilities include troubleshooting EDI errors or discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and partners, coordinating the creation and transmission of ASN (advanced shipping notices) to ensure compliance with retailer requirements, generating and reviewing inventory and order reports to aid planning, shipping, and financial reconciliation, and supporting system integrations and process improvements concerning Blue Cherry and CGS 3PL workflows.
