You'll be:** - Coordinating communication with the Commercial Education training team to support all learning activities. - Managing email communications, including confirmation emails and welcome letters to attendees. - Overseeing course rosters, tracking learner attendance, and assisting with metrics data entry. - Preparing event materials, managing training budgets, and supporting logistic needs. - Engaging with vendors to order necessary materials and supplies for training events. - Providing on-site support when needed and ensuring compliance with health care guidelines. - Managing SharePoint content and participating in ad hoc projects as required. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant event coordination experience. - Posses excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Hold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required). - Have experience with event management systems and knowledge of CSS companies. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
