We’re looking for a motivated Entry Level Manager who’s ready to learn the ins and outs of telecom sales, team leadership, and business operations. As partners of Rogers, we help customers across Winnipeg stay connected - and we need emerging leaders who can help drive that mission forward. In This Role, You’ll:

• Interact directly with customers to represent Rogers’ telecom solutions and promote brand trust.

• Lead by example through consistent, high-quality sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Train, mentor, and motivate new team members to achieve their goals.

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, track metrics, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

• Contribute to recruiting and onboarding processes by identifying promising talent.

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach events and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with senior managers to design team strategies and improve performance efficiency.

• Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture that inspires teamwork and accountability.
