Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments effectively
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Draft, type, and distribute correspondence such as emails and memos
Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date
Perform basic research and compile data for reports
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
