Role Overview:
As our Event Marketing Manager, you’ll elevate LegalOn’s brand awareness and trust throughout the legal industry. You will lead high-impact events and develop compelling programming for in-house and law firm legal professionals, fostering connections through engaging content and strategic programs.
This role blends event strategy, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint strengthens LegalOn’s brand, builds trust, and delivers value to legal professionals across the US, UK, and beyond. From executing industry events to crafting panel discussions and presentations, you will shape conversations that matter to in-house legal teams.
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven marketer passionate about winning attention via technology, events, and educational programming. You should be great at collaborating with others, juggling multiple projects at once, and ensuring that LegalOn’s voice is interesting, valuable, and attention-grabbing.
Responsibilities:
You’ll lead the overall strategy and day-to-day for all events and community programs, including tradeshows, webinars, community programs, and customer advocacy:
Event Strategy and Management: Plan and manage global virtual and in-person events and programs, from pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
End-to-End Execution: Execute event and program details including pre-event communication, landing pages, booth build and design, presentation design, and sales and speaker coordiantion.
Event and Program Sourcing: Identify event and program opportunities, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals.
Content Development: Create compelling and educational content and secure engaging speakers for webinars and panel discussions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and customers.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with marketing and sales teams to align event goals, messaging, and content, including holding prep meetings ahead of the event to ensure all tasks are on track.
Performance Optimization: Oversee, report, and analyze event executions, report on relevant KPIs, including event ROI.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in events and marketing program management, ideally within B2B technology or the legal sector.
Exceptional writing and visual communication skills with the ability to create compelling experiences and content tailored for various audiences and channels.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in event management and building brand equity through impactful, high-quality events.
Extremely detail oriented and outstanding project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strategic and results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience as a lawyer or working in the legal industry
Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment, proficiency in additional languages (such as Spanish, German, or Japanese) is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 . Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, LegalOn offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
