What You’ll Do:

As an Events Assistant , you will support our team in planning and executing events of all sizes, ensuring smooth logistics and a memorable experience for attendees. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and project management.

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with organizing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities from start to finish.
  • Vendor & Venue Liaison: Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure bookings, confirm logistics, and ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Logistics Management: Support event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown to ensure seamless execution.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Assist in promoting events through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Guest & Client Support: Help manage event registrations, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Budget & Administrative Support: Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain event-related documentation.
