Description Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) is seeking a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant to support our WW Head of Distribution and two additional executives. The individual in this role must be highly organized, extremely detail oriented and have the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of how to coordinate with a global team while working in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment. Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendars and scheduling with leaders and team across time zones. - Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics. - Manage expense report coordination and submission. - Coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events and activities. - Support the creation and distribution of sales materials and presentations. - Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders. About the team Amazon MGM Studios Distribution oversees licensing of Amazon's movies and series and well as MGM new releases and library movies and series including the film franchises James Bond, Rocky and Creed, and series The Handmaid's Tale, Vikings and Fargo. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - - 1-2 years of experience in media, entertainment, or related industry. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
