In this full-time role, you'll perform essential maintenance and repairs on commercial properties—including retail, office, and industrial spaces. Learn more at . Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Complete tenant requests and urgent repairs quickly and professionally.
- Prepare vacant suites by repairing flooring, paint, drywall, window coverings, ceiling tiles, and more.
- Perform exterior maintenance, including outdoor lighting, stucco, trash disposal, etc.
- Complete and log all assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
- Follow up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned to support facility and property management.
Qualifications - 2+ years of verifiable commercial maintenance, construction, or handyman experience.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, floor installation, texture spray, cove base installer, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, tenants, and vendors.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with work order systems is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to navigate and use various apps.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable car or truck for travel to job sites.
- Ability to follow applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
