Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Laborer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of animals, as well as assisting with general farm repairs and cleaning duties. This is a physically demanding role that requires a passion for farm work and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for and feed farm animals, ensuring they are healthy and comfortable.
• Assist with animal health checks, administering medications, and helping with routine veterinary visits.
• Perform farm maintenance tasks, including repairing fences, barns, and equipment.
• Clean barns, animal pens, and other farm structures to ensure a clean and safe environment for both animals and staff.
• Assist in the planting, harvesting, and general upkeep of crops when needed.
• Operate farm equipment as needed, including tractors, mowers, and other machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous farm or agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with animals and performing hands-on tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks (fencing, machinery, etc.).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of farm labor, including lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
