Urgently Hiring: FEMALE ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS for the Cold Season

We are seeking 10 dedicated and experienced FEMALE ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS for part-time positions during the cold season. These roles focus on providing safety and security at shelters and warming centers. If you’re professional, reliable, and passionate about community safety, join our team!
Available Shifts:
- Evening/Night Shifts:
- 6 PM – 12 AM
- 12 AM – 8 AM
- Afternoon/Overnight Shifts:
- 3 PM – 11 PM
- 11 PM – 7 AM
- Morning Shifts (Weekends Only):
- Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM – 1 PM
Positions are available 7 days a week to ensure full coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report any security incidents or suspicious activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shelter and warming center occupants.
- Follow all security protocols and post orders.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Write detailed and accurate reports of incidents and observations.
Requirements:
- Must be armed and have your own firearm.
- At least 5 years of professional armed security experience.
- A non-violent, customer-focused approach to security.
- At least 4 years of professional customer service experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (required).
- Strong report-writing skills.
- Must purchase the required uniform (links provided below).
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Ages 25-42 preferred.
- Positive, professional attitude and adaptability to diverse environments.

Total cost: approximately $100
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $11 per hour (without certifications).
- Raise potential after 90 working days, up to $15 per hour.
- Bi-weekly pay.
- Independent contractor position.
