Financial Analyst IV (FAA Contractor) Location Washington, DC :

Tribal One Professional Services is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst IV to serve as part of a contract management team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Program Management Organization (PMO).

The Financial Analyst IV classifies, monitors, and summarizes financial data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis. Provides cost/benefit studies, financial analysis, analysis of alternatives, return on investment, cost estimation, present value and other analyses in support of capital planning and investment control.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business-related subjects such as accounting, finance or economics
  • 15 - 19 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the FAA's Air Traffic Organization and the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS).
  • Strong knowledge of FAA accounting practices.
  • Strong knowledge of government appropriation processes and/or Office of Management of Budgets (OMB) 300 development support.
  • Ability to successfully pass and remain in compliance with required background checks from Tribal One and any required federal government background checks.
  • The FAA contract requires the individual to be either a citizen of the U.S. or a non-U.S. citizen who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence as evidenced by a Permanent Resident Card (USCIS I-551).
  • Must pass drug screen and remain in compliance with drug-free workplace policies.

Experience/Degree Substitutions:

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Master's Degree, or MBA, in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience.
  • PhD in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and seven (7) years' experience.
