Firmware Engineer

Hudson, OH

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Design and implement firmware for embedded systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment using C/C++.

- Work closely with hardware engineers to define, develop, and debug hardware/firmware integration.

- Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and reliability.

- Update and maintain firmware throughout the lifecycle of the device.

- Document firmware design and development processes.

- Provide technical support for firmware issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Do you have Experience: no previous working experience required.

3. Do you have Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems

4. Do you have a Understanding of electrical schematics and component datasheets.

5. Do you have Knowledge of communication protocols and standards.

6. Do you have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Do you have Strong communication and teamwork skills.

8. Do you have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Preferred

9.mnDo you have 2 + years in same or related role - Preferred

10. Do you have Expert level proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.- Preferred

11. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
