Food Science Regulatory Manager - Michigan / Onsite

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Food Science Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory compliance across product labeling, packaging, and documentation. This role ensures adherence to FDA, USDA, CFIA, and international food regulations while partnering cross-functionally to support quality assurance, audits, and product innovation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with food labeling, ingredients, and packaging regulations
• Maintain knowledge of FDA, USDA, and international standards
• Manage regulatory documentation and allergen labeling programs
• Provide regulatory guidance on product formulation and claims
• Support internal audits and external inspections
• Educate teams on food safety and labeling requirements

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (advanced certifications preferred)
• 5+ years in food regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, and CFIA regulations
• Proficient in regulatory databases (e.g., Genesis) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
