Senior Software Engineer Accessibility 
Fidelity Investments has an exciting Senior Accessibility Engineer opportunity in our Wealth unit.
As a Senior Engineer you will be applying your expertise to analyze accessibility defects and promote accessible solutions.

This is opportunity is based out of Westlake, TX

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 5+ years or equivalent consisting of
• Accessibility Testing
• Web or Mobile Software Development
• Quality Engineering
• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certification or equivalent on the job experience
• Proven experience conducting experience evaluations or audits for accessibility
• Solid Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Working knowledge of Axe semi-automated tools or equivalents
• Familiarity with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience working with agile teams
• Expert HTML Fundamentals including ARIA, accessible names, and semantic HTML techniques.
