At Smalls Sliders we are simple on purpose, which means we’ve eliminated the need for a lengthy menu explanation and allow our front of house squad members to get right down to connecting with our guests, making them smile and slidin’ them thru to the perfect bite, or two of our cooked to order cheeseburger sliders.
As a Front of House Squad member, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests leave with a smile. Your role is pivotal to our promise of delivering an unexpected guest experience, which means a personable and genuine interaction from you!
Back of House:

At Smalls Sliders we are simple on purpose, which means we’ve created the perfect bite, or two in our cheeseburger sliders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering that perfect bite to serve in a key role at our restaurant.
As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for the one thing Smalls Sliders serves: Cheeseburger Sliders. You’ll support and collaborate with your fellow Squad members to ensure the guest experiences the unexpected interaction we’ll be known for. As a Grill Cook you’ll be responsible for delivering cooked-to-order fresh patties made on the grill with perfectly melted cheese topped with a buttery bun.
