Gate Attendant/Security Guard----- Weber Basin

Location: 7400 South Cornia Dr., Ogden, UT 84405
Job Corps - Government Position

Contract role
6 month contract

Rate: 21.60/hr. (17/hr + 4.60/hr(H&W)

Security is Thur to Mon 3pm to 11pm 32 hrs shift

Job Duties

Controls the operation of the main gate and monitors all traffic coming to and/or leaving the Job Corps CCC, which may include:

• Monitoring staff and contractor/vendor traffic.
• Must greet all everyone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensuring appropriate sign-in and sign-out are complied with.
• Answers and screens incoming calls and directs call(s) to the appropriate staff and/or area.
• The contractor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all required security documentation, which will be provided at the beginning of the period of performance by the Columbia Basin and Weber Basin Job Corps CCC, and may include:
  • Access and Exit.
  • Incident Report Logs.
  • Inspection and Damage Reports for both vehicles and property.
• Conduct security checks on ALL Center facilities and property at least three times throughout the assigned shift. The first security check should at the beginning of each shift to verify conditions at the beginning of the shift.

Job Type: Contract.

• 8 hour shift.
• 7400 South Cornia Dr., Ogden, UT 84405.

Experience:

• Gurad/Gate Attendant: 1 year (Preferred).
