Automotive General Sales Manager - Globe, AZ

The General Sales Manager position includes all duties related to running a successful Ford Dealership Sales Team. The right person for this job will already understand everything required! But here are a few areas that will be discussed!

• Experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership setting a plus.
• Experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Must have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must be a CLOSER!!!
