Position Summary:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you'll be a key player in crafting, managing, and optimizing clients' paid search campaigns. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of effective strategies designed to attract quality leads and drive meaningful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns that align with business goals.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords.
Write compelling ad copy and design optimized landing pages to boost click-through and conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and make data-driven adjustments.
Stay current with Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure Google Ads efforts complement overall strategies.
Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance and strategy.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
5+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
Strong knowledge of PPC advertising principles and best practices
Google Ads Search Certification (through Google's Skillshop)
Skilled in Google Ads tools (Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Excellent data analysis skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and communication abilities (both written and oral)
Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not required

Role Details:

This position starts as a part-time contract role with the potential to transition to full-time employment. As a contractor, you'll enjoy:
