Qualifications: 1) 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for D2C or consumer brands. 2) Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4). 3) Experience in Shopify/landing page integrations and performance tracking tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus. 4) Proven ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights. 5) Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief and collaborate with design/content teams. 6) Experience working in a startup, D2C brand, or digital agency environment preferred.
