As a Graphic Designer - Packaging, you will play a key role in creating packaging that truly reflects our brand identity. Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams, you will design packaging solutions that not only meet creative goals but also align with our business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design process from initial concept to final execution. Additionally, you will stay at the forefront of packaging trends and innovations, ensuring our designs are not only visually captivating but also practical, cost-effective, and aligned with industry’s best practices.

Job Description:

• Create and design packaging for a variety product categories
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Participate in the design and development of innovative product packaging
• Create designs to support marketing & sales efforts that align with company branding strategies
• Ensure all packaging designs are in line with our brand guidelines and accurately reflect our brand identity and values.
• Prepare artwork, dielines, mockups, technical files, and production-ready assets for manufacturing.
• Execute digital design projects, including marketing assets, promotional materials, and brand visuals
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and refine packaging concepts
• Keep computer files well-organized on personal drives as well as shared servers to streamline our workflow
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design field required
• Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in the graphic packing design field
• Well versed with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent in both Oral and written communication skills
• Highly productive against tight deadlines
• On-site at Corporate Offices in Mount Olive and Parsippany, New Jersey
