What You'll Do:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will:

  • Greet and check in guests with a smile, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts to enhance our services.
  • Keep the lobby and common areas inviting and clean.

  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various tasks throughout your shift.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts with day and evening availability.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is a must.
