Job Description

• Responsible for use of track loaders, backhoes, graders, skid loaders and other                                            maintenance vehicles.
• Responsible for assisting all other trades as needed.
• Responsible for snow removal.
• Responsible to observe and enforce all safety guidelines.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Five (5) years experience operating Heavy Equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required, CDL Class "B" license required.
• Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in extremes of weather and remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs which includes days,                                       evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
