Job Description
Description This role is primarily customer-support focused and serves as an entry-level opportunity to build foundational experience in IT or grow within a customer service career. The position involves providing first-level support to cellular users in a call-center environment, assisting with device setup, connectivity issues, and general service inquiries. Candidates will follow established workflows and troubleshooting guides while delivering clear, patient, and detail oriented support to end users. The role includes structured training and ongoing support to help develop confidence and core technical skills. Requirements Strong customer service or call-center experience Excellent verbal communication skills and a detail oriented phone presence Ability to follow scripted processes and troubleshooting guides Comfort assisting users with basic mobile device troubleshooting (iOS and Android) Ability to document interactions accurately in ticketing or CRM systems Reliable attendance and ability to work 100% onsite Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced support environment No advanced technical IT experience required Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
