Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with system configurations and deployments. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. - Diagnose and resolve problems related to Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers. - Assist with configuration and deployment of new systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality. - Support and maintain Cisco and Citrix technologies, addressing connectivity and performance concerns. - Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory. - Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer hardware and software. - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system operations and integrations. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. - Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user concerns promptly and professionally. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities. Requirements - Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles. - Strong knowledge of Android development and Apple devices. - Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies. - Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Microsoft systems. - Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user account management. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware issues. - Skilled in system configuration and deployment processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
