Job Description

Join The LANG Team of Pillar to Post as a Home Inspector where you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand the condition of their prospective homes. Based out of Upland, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your expertise in property evaluation while assisting buyers and sellers with informed decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other key systems.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and inspection procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid home inspector association certification (ASHI, CREIA, NACHI).
  • Strong understanding of residential construction and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce thorough, accurate inspection reports.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
