• Assist guests with luggage storage and transportation arrangements
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as required

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of guest service and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to calmly handle difficult situations with guests
