Exciting Opportunity for an HR Specialist with Tremendous Growth Potential We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. With at least 2 years of HR experience, this role will be key to supporting business operations, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth operation of various HR functions, including employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members. • Manage employee benefits programs and assist with related queries. • Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions to foster professional growth. • Assist with the implementation and tracking of performance assessments. • Offer support for employee relations and address general inquiries. • Handle payroll-related tasks, including data entry for timesheets. • Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations to maintain legal compliance. • Plan and execute company events, recognition initiatives, and employee appreciation programs. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team as required. Qualifications: HR Specialist Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or a related field. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience. • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to managing sensitive information. • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software and systems. • Positive Attitude: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success. • Employment Law Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices is a plus. • Previous Experience: Prior office or administrative experience is advantageous, but not required. • Location: Must be within commuting distance to the office, as this is not a remote position.
