Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, plus benefits after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate enrollment for employee benefits
- Monthly union reporting
- Personnel file management
- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
- Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
- Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
- Manage human resources programs, including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
Qualifications:
- Must have at least three years of human resources management experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Professional demeanor
- Savvy computer skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Superior time management skills
- Preference for applicants with hotel experience
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
