Tekberry is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry to support a critical revenue cycle function for one of our automotive clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely requisitioning and posting of costs associated with auction vehicles, directly impacting revenue integrity, cost optimization, and client satisfaction.

This role reports directly to the Supervisor, Procure & Post and works closely with internal stakeholders including Auction General Managers, Enterprise Finance & Accounting, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Job Responsibilities

Procure & Post Operations

• Accurately and timely post charges (parts, labor, transportation) to auction vehicles.
• Perform all aspects of requisitioning and transaction processing at the auction level.
• Place and receive orders while managing requisition and invoice workflows (paper and electronic).
• Post transportation activity to Oracle using standardized system forms.
• Ensure proper documentation is provided to Account Coordinators for vehicle jackets.

Revenue Integrity & Compliance

• Document, classify, and track revenue leakage.
• Provide supporting documentation for month-end accruals related to reconditioning and purchasing revenue.
• Support audit requests by providing timely responses, documentation, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial controls.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

• Deliver high levels of customer service to Cox Automotive business operations.
• Meet or exceed critical service level agreements while minimizing revenue leakage and optimizing process costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to support operational and financial objectives.
• Contribute to organizational performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform special projects and related duties as assigned by leadership.
• Support ongoing performance objectives and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Must reside near Phoenix, AZ or Riverside, CA.

• 0 2 years of experience in a related administrative, accounting, operations, or data-processing role.
• High-volume data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy.
• 10-key by touch proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts or financial documentation.
• Prior coding or cost allocation experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financials.
• Familiarity with AS400 systems.
• Experience supporting accounting, procurement, or revenue cycle processes.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
