Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician who is IMF Functional Medicine Certified or in the process of being certified in Functional Medicine to join our dynamic medical practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both primary care and functional medicine, with a passion for providing comprehensive and personalized healthcare to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine follow-up appointments with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Perform initial assessments and consultations for new patients, taking into consideration their medical history and individual health goals
• Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide virtual consultations and follow-up care for patients
• Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals within the practice

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor degree from an accredited institution
• IMF Functional Medicine Certification or in the process of obtaining certification
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
