Position Overview
- Job Title: Injection Molding Technician
- Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
- Work Location: Ciudad Juárez, Mexico (near the El Paso, Texas border)
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Perform mold changes and set injection parameters
- Monitor production process and ensure product quality
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues occurring during the molding process
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of molds and injection molding process conditions
- Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts is a plus
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., mold tooling, equipment maintenance)
- Experience operating LS Mtron and Woojin equipment is a plus
- Must be eligible for overseas relocation
Work Conditions
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
