Job Description

Instructional Designer
Sat Lake City, UT or Remote
6+ Month Contract: $25-$35 per hour

Our client is in search of an Instructional Designer to join their team on a long-term contract. They are looking for someone who designs modern learning solutions such as online courses, virtual instructor led courses, instructional videos, and job aids to help users learn new software and meet business goals. You will work with various stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine needs and isolate targeted behaviors.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to provide new skills, change employee behavior, identify learning needs, and develop learning solutions
• Identify behavioral objectives to meet business goals
• Select delivery methods (online, workshop, virtual, etc.),
• Design and develop content
• Design and develop resources
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Experience with Storyline
• Banking experience
• Experience building training materials
• Learning Management experience
• Microsoft SharePoint experience
• Adobe Creative strongly preferred

Bonus Skills:

• Agile
• Azure DevOps
