The Instructional Designer for the client will support creation and development of training courses for the client. Primary job responsibilities include:
Design and development of training materials and all documents associated with training curriculum
Building of training content utilizing Instructional System Design (ISD)
Utilization and implementation of Performance-Based Training (PBT)
Consulting on best practices and approach in regards to development of online training: WebEx videos, Flash files, other technologies
6-10 years of experience
Expert level experience with Microsoft products (including PowerPoint)
Strong communicator and consultant
Business and information technology experience
Strong practical experience with ISD Methodology (Instructional System Design)
Experience with Performance-based training
Strong hands-on experience with instructional design principles
