About Us

We’re a growing design-build company specializing in luxury remodels, additions and new construction. Our projects range from stunning kitchen transformations to ground up new builds, and we take pride in our craftsmanship, client experience, and design excellence. We’re seeking a talented, driven, and creative Interior Designer to bring our clients' visions to life with exceptional design concepts and execution.

This role will manage design projects from start to finish, including concept development, drafting, material sourcing, and client presentations. You’ll work closely with our construction and design teams to bring homes to life with thoughtful, functional, and elevated design. If you love design, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at communication, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead interior design projects from initial concepts to final selections
  • Create mood boards, material spec sheets, drawings, floor plans, elevations, renderings and technical documents/presentations for clients and construction team
  • Source finishes, fixtures, and materials aligned with client goals and budgets, managing approvals of and changes to these items throughout the process
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and resolve any issues by collaborating with our construction team
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings in person or online throughout the project timeline
  • Maintain vendor relationships and stay on top of design trends through in person material sourcing, research, events, etc.
  • Work directly and maintain strong communication with clients as their primary point of contact throughout the design process while understanding their style, functional needs, and preferences

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 2–5+ years of residential design experience (drafting + selections) preferred
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar software
  • Experience with Google Workplace, Canva, JobTread, BuilderTrend or similar software preferred
  • Experience managing client expectations, budget, and schedules/timelines
  • Strong eye for design and detail, with the ability to manage both creative and technical sides of projects
  • Willingness to learn, bring new ideas to the table, and seek ways to grow the business by making systems/processes more efficient
  • Clear communicator, organized, and comfortable leading client meetings
  • Team player and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Why Work With Us:

  • Join a young, energetic team building something new in the design-build world
  • Work on a variety of residential projects with creative freedom and collaboration
  • Growth potential as we scale
  • Supportive culture rooted in excellence, creativity, flexibility and vision
