Intern Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Enterprise Data Team. The intern will be integrating into the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Data Team. In that capacity, the intern will (1) create and update data ETLs (Extract, Transfer, and Load) within EVgo’s Snowflake Database (2) create and update dashboards in Tableau (3) write documentation of data flows and dashboards.
This internship will be 10-weeks, 40-hours per week.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines using Snowflake.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data extracts and reports.
- Generate Tableau reports to provide insights to business users.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar field of study (Graduate students will not be considered)
- Familiar with SQL (Data Modeling, Query Writing) - Snowflake is a plus
- Familiar with Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP) - AWS is a plus
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Technical writing skills
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 USD.
