Base Salary: $220K - $240000.00

Job Description:

Internal Medicine Physician
Two Clinic Locations near Grand Rapids, MI (Muskegon and Holland, MI)
3 days in Muskegon and 2 in Holland
Services in our onsite health clinic include primary medical care, prescriptions, therapies and advance care planning.
Patients base is 55 plus and geared towards Dementia and Geriatric medicine.
Medication Management, Lab tests, Social Services, Wound Care, Advance Care Planning, Comprehensive End of Life and Comfort Care
Low turnover group with their MDs and NPs
Team setting and collaborative group. Not a solo position. Its a team of OT/PTs, NPs, PAs, psychologist, social workers assisting the physicians.
40hrs a week. 8am - 4:30PM
Volume: 3-10 patients per day!
Call 1 week every 8 weeks.

Profile Background:

Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License
