Job Description

: Acquisition and management of exhibitors, buyers, and visitors :

Establish and carry out the annual canvassing strategy
Develop the key accounts and sales agent network to ensure optimum coverage of exhibitors, buyers, and visitors
Oversee international sales agents by defining effective and timely canvassing budgets, monitoring activities, reporting on leads and sales, identifying opportunities in sales territories.
Develop and carry out the international buyer recruitment plan.
Establish and maintain partnerships with international leading buyer companies and key players in the market.
Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations, such as governmental departments, associations, sales agents.
Apply creative and proactive thinking to spot new growth opportunities
Conduct market research including market analysis, monitoring of the fresh produce industry and related events landscape
Organize and manage special events such as roadshows and industry meetups
Manage exhibitor and trade visitor registration system via the Exhibitor Management System (EMS), ticket shop, and related platforms.
Overall support the project management in advancing business development endeavors
Perform on-site duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.
