2026 Summer Internship Program - Finance (Berkley Heights, NJ and New York, NY)

What does a successful Financial Intern do at Fiserv?

Fiserv's Summer Internship Program provides college students with a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and leadership skills outside of the classroom. As part of a global support team, interns will collaborate with professionals across the enterprise. In addition to hands-on work, interns will engage in various activities such as sessions with Senior Leaders, team projects, and networking events. The summer internship program will run from June 1st, 2026, to August 7th, 2026, with interns expected to work approximately 40 hours per week.

Fiserv is seeking college students who possess ambition, enthusiasm, and a clear vision for their career. The Finance Internship Program serves as a talent pipeline for our Financial Analyst Program, which offers full-time opportunities in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance. Interns will be responsible for gathering and organizing data to support departmental projects or reports, while also having the chance to provide valuable insights and suggestions. They may also have the opportunity to accompany experienced professionals on assignments, gaining exposure to various aspects of the organization. Specific activities and responsibilities will vary based on the assigned project.

What you will do:

  • Gather and organize data to provide information for departmental projects or reports

  • Offer innovative suggestions

  • Accompany professional level employees on assignments

  • Request or give information and other related duties as assigned

What you will need to have:

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028 in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with a strong preference given to rising seniors

  • 3.5+ GPA

  • Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and should not require future sponsorship

  • 0-2 years of professional work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Able to think strategically and tactically

  • Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills

  • Ability to handle diverse workloads and multiple deadlines

Salary Range

$45,900.00 - $62,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
