School-Based Occupational Therapist - Full-Time Position

Start Date: Immediate Start

Work Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week; Guaranteed Hours

Caseload: K-8th Grade

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in developing essential motor, sensory, and self-care skills for academic success. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families while fostering student growth and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment goals.
  
• Evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and cognitive abilities to design tailored therapy plans.
  
• Recommend adaptive tools and environmental adjustments to improve student engagement.
  
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents on intervention strategies.
  
• Deliver therapy sessions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience preferred; supervision is not guaranteed.
  
• Must hold a PEL with Occupational Therapy endorsement in the state of Illinois.
  
• Hold at least a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
