Job Description

Salary: $65,000 - 117,500 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates to have a current Secret level clearance. You should be able to apply Cloud Engineering methodologies to Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE). A Bachelor's degree is needed, along with 2-4 years of prior relevant experience. Candidates may substitute additional years of experience for the degree requirement. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs and a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

• As a Journeyman Cloud Engineer, I would work with a team of junior, senior, and subject matter expert cloud engineers to implement and design servers, networks, and software configurations for our cloud computing infrastructure. I would be responsible for applications developed within a DevOps environment and would monitor system performance while being knowledgeable of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology. Working independently and collaboratively with more senior cloud engineers, I would update and support Cloud systems addressing Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). I would report to the Leidos OM&S Program Manager.
